Digital business cards and a company ledger

A business card’s real work starts after you hand it over.

A digital card you share by QR or link, and a ledger where every card you receive files itself by company. The etiquette of the paper card stays; the work after the exchange is taken care of.

The etiquette

Keep the etiquette of the card exchange.

Offer, return, read, file. The same four movements you already know, on a screen instead of paper.

  1. Offer

Show the QR, send the link, or exchange both ways on the spot. No app needed on their side; a 30-second guest flow lets them send a card back.

    No app on their side

  2. Return

The person receiving it can send a card back on the spot with a 30-second guest flow, no account needed. One exchange, and both sides keep a card.

    Guest flow, about 30 seconds

  3. Read

Frame a paper card and the fields separate on the spot. A confirm screen always comes before saving. Works offline and uploads when you reconnect.

    Limits reset monthly, Japan time

  4. File

Contacts group by company under fixed rules, so different spellings (Inc. or Co., Ltd., full- or half-width) never split one company in two.

Eight seconds at a trade-show booth: the QR shown, and a card coming back.

Rooms

Everyone in the room, at once.

Open a room at a mixer or a briefing, and everyone who joins exchanges with everyone. Where a QR cannot be read, a 6-character code lets people in.

Before you adopt

What your manager will ask, answered up front.

Everything you need to get it approved inside your company, in a form you can reuse.

Who runs the service?

SEIWA HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., based in Saijo, Ehime, Japan, builds and runs it.

What does it cost?

Free for individuals. Teams pay ¥780 per seat a month, tax included. 100 users or more are quoted individually.

Where is our data stored?

Database and images are stored in the Tokyo region (asia-northeast1). Text recognition on a scanned card may be processed outside it.

Do you issue qualified invoices?

Qualified invoices carrying our registration number and your legal company name, not an individual's. Prices include tax.

Who in our company can see what?

Owner, admin and member. Shared contacts never leave the organisation.

What happens if a payment fails?

Features continue for a seven-day grace window. After that, public cards and .vcf files keep serving at Free-plan level, so printed QR codes stay alive.

What if our team grows?

Adding a member is never blocked. Seats reconcile afterwards.

What doesn’t it do?

Stated up front, so nothing is misread during an approval.
