Payment timing: The first month is charged at signup, then automatically on the same date each month. Differences from plan or seat changes are prorated and settled on a following invoice.
Service delivery: Available immediately once payment completes.
Cancellation and refunds: You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains available until then. Because this is a digital service, fees already paid are not refunded.
